Use of this service is subject to terms and conditions. 🚬 No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the house. A minimum cleanup fee of $950 will be charged for any violations.❌ 🍽 Kitchen: Kitchen is available for use upon request first. 🚗 Parking: Park along the brick street curb next to the the driveway. PARK CLOSE TO CURB. Vehicles parked in driveway or obstructing traffic may be towed at owner's expense. 🗑 Trash: Dispose of trash in provided waste baskets. Food is not allowed left out and must be disposed in kitchen trash bin to avoid lingering odors. 🧹 Extended Stay Cleaning: Extended stays require a room cleaning every 14 days or less. The cleaning fee is $55 each time. 📷 Commercial Activity: Commercial activity is not allowed without prior written approval.❌ 🎉 Events/Parties: Events/parties are not allowed without prior written approval.❌ 🚪 Restricted Areas: Areas marked "Restricted Area" are not to be accessed.❌ 🛠 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
