❗ HOUSE RULES ❗ To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: 🙅‍♂️Occupancy Limit: Only registered guests are allowed on property. One newborn is included in the maximum number of guests. Do not exceed maximum number of guests and NO visitors allowed.❌ 🏘 Respect the Neighborhood: This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. 📱 Wifi: Wifi details can be viewed under "arrival guide" after booking. Use of this service is subject to terms and conditions. 🚬 No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the house. A minimum cleanup fee of $950 will be charged for any violations.❌ 🍽 Kitchen: Kitchen available for use upon request first. 🚗 Parking: Vehicles must firstly park in either of the two parking spots in the driveway. Additional vehicles must park along the brick street curb next to the the driveway. PARK CLOSE TO THE CURB. Vehicles obstructing traffic may be towed at owner's expense. 🗑 Trash: Dispose of trash in provided waste baskets. Food is not allowed left out and must be disposed in kitchen trash bin to avoid lingering odors. 🧹 Extended Stay Cleaning: Extended stays require a house cleaning every 14 days. The cleaning fee is $120 each time. 📷 Commercial Activity: Commercial activity is not allowed without prior written approval.❌ 🎉 Events/Parties: Events/parties are not allowed without prior written approval.❌ 🚪 Restricted Areas: Areas marked "Restricted Area" are not to be accessed.❌ 🛠 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Report any issues immediately. 📬 Deliveries: Mail and/or deliveries are NOT allowed.❌ ⛔ Noncompliance: Breaking house rules or illicit activity may result in police called, immediate booking cancelation, penalty fees, and/or an Airbnb ban. 📞 Emergencies: Call 911. Disclaimer: Use of hot tub is at your own risk. 👕 Washer/Dryer: Washer and dryer are an additional $10 per wash/$10 per dry and are operated by staff only. Must request prior to check-in to verify availability. 😴 Add Sleep Arrangements: Additional sleep for 1 person on the comfy couch, 1 on an air mattress, and 1 baby in the crib each for an additional $20 per night.
